Unveiling Recent Buys: Part 3 - Honest Reviews & Recommendations

On to part 3 of my recent purchases. If you haven't been keeping up here is the rundown, I recently went on an Amazon shopping spree and am breaking down everything for you guys here. If you missed Part 1 and Part 2, check them out if you would like, but the only continuing storyline between the parts so far is the amount of money I spent.

Let's continue with the spending, shall we?

Picture Hanging Kit

I don't know how I exactly came across this. I was looking for just the set of hooks to hang some pictures and for some reason, this stood out. Being the perfectionist I am when it comes to hanging pictures, I said why not give it a shot.

Now usually hanging multiple pictures requires a lot of math. Size of the frame divided by 2, minus the ceiling height, plus the distance to the hook, divided by the distance to the door . . . and then you do it again because the picture heights are different.

With this set, you basically hang the picture where you want it on the green thing, then put it on the wall to get the right height, make sure it is level, take the picture off, then push the part that you had the picture hanging on in. It leaves a hole right where the nail should go. I know what I just said sounds complicated, but it's really not. Once I had the spot marked, I simply measured from the ceiling to make sure it was at the same distance as the previous painting. I had perfectly aligned pictures in less than 3 minutes.

If you've ever struggled with making sure all of your pictures are at the same height, then this is for you! It is well worth the $30.

WANDER No Show Socks

So, I bought these for my husband, not myself. They are the only brand he will wear in a no-show sock. Being a size 14, he has trouble finding no-show socks that actually fit. We've all had a sock slip down midway through the day. It's not a good feeling. In fact, comment below with what is worse, a wet sock, or a sock that keeps coming off in your shoe.

Anyways, if he says these work, then I take his word for it. He has now purchased these 3 times and gotten rid of all of his other no-show socks. At $16 for 7 pairs, there are no complaints.

Belifu Dual Channel TENS EMS Unit

If you have ever been to the chiropractor, they put these stickies on you that give a little jolt to the body. It tingles and kind of feels good, but in the end, you feel great. Well, this is that machine in the home version.

I bought this for a little shoulder pain I was experiencing and the relief it provided was amazing. I don't know how I had never had one of these before, the $36 was well worth the relief and I'll definitely be getting my money's worth with this purchase.

FIDA la Dolce Bellezza Glacia Hard Candy

When I said I was going to review everything, I meant everything. I first had these in Italy years ago. Well flash forward to last month and I was cleaning out an old bag when I found one of these in there. The memories came rushing back.

I found these on Amazon for $10 and quickly ordered them. They were just as good as I remember. There was also a candy like this that I had from Eastern Europe but it had a chocolaty/peanut buttery taste to it. If anyone knows what I am talking about, please let me know! These are great, they last about 5 minutes if you don't chew them, and the minty sensation after is amazing. So glad I found these again.

And . . . there is still more to come. See you tomorrow!
